
About Me
Training and performing as a professional ballet dancer in London, I loved the process of fine tuning and refining classical ballet technique but something didn't feel quite right and I knew there was a better way.
I longed for natural movement and to exercise in a more holistic way after realising I preferred being in the studio over the stage.
I knew that with my specialism, many others could benefit from classes with a more gentle approach than your typical gym session.
I offer ballet, yoga and fitness classes that incorporate flexibility, cardio fitness and build bodily awareness and strength.
With a First Class Honours degree in Classical Ballet and Yoga Teaching Qualifications I draw on my experience and specialisms to create classes that combine fitness and grace - focused on cultivating both inner and outer strength. Stepping into the studio is a powerful experience and I hope to make you feel powerful too.
